    Hi, I have a problem with sending the first automated email, after the order complete.

    Inside Email log is no any sent emails (me or customer). But if I change the order status manually, so all emails are sent correctly. I did a test with WP mail SMTP plugin and no help(but test email from plugin was suscefull). I have also Mailpoet premium (using their sendingservice) and after desible aslo no any help. Mailpoet works also good.
    Inside woocommerce settings->Emails I have all emails check.

    Do you have a idea where can be a problem? Thank you

    Hi @regeles,

    Can you clarify which email is not sent? By default, when an order is paid successfully at checkout, WooCommerce changes the order status to Processing and sends the Processing order email. When the order has been fulfilled and marked Complete by the shop owner, WooCommerce will send the Completed order email.

    What is the status of orders after customers check out successfully on the site?
