email is not sent while using wp mail smtp

Hi,
I’m using the pluign for a newsletter form.
When using wordpress php function for sending emails, the form is sent successfully.
When using my SMTP server for sending all wordpress emails by the plugin wp mail smtp, there is an error message:”there was a problem sending the message”.
Please help me to resolve this peoblem.
