Email link incorrect

  • Hi

    Is there a way to edit the email link sent with the quote as it’s not linking to the correct place – it’s linking to posts and not orders.

    Or even better can we see the products the client wants the quote for on the email as our sales team do not have admin access to our website and thus cannot see the contents of the quote?

    Hi @jocelynll,

    I understand that you are talking about the email sent to the admin email address. This email contains a list of the products for which a quote has been requested along with a link to the order https://www.screencast.com/t/2LmW3CIRDaeF

    Orders in WooCommerce are post types and hence the link contains post.php followed by the order ID.
