    Is there a way to mass email all listings (email is a field) or export them to be able to email using another program?

    Yes, if you added this email field as a custom listing attribute please try using any export plugin for WordPress, the field value is stored in the “hp_fieldnamehere” meta field for a listing (listing is a custom post of “hp_listing” type). This way you can export emails and use them in some third-party newsletter services.
