    We recently installed entry automation on our website, but the “schedule” task is not running properly we found that there is a fatal error caused between two plugins we have “Email Log” and “Post SMTP.” the Fatal error is as listed. Any recommendations on how we can resolve this?:

    @deyogroup Hi,

    Semes like Post SMTP plugin is conflicting with the Email log plugin, Can you disable the Email logs plugin and then test this issue?

    Post SMTP already has an Email logs option, that’s why it’s conflicting.

    Thanks

    Hello Haseeb,

    Thanks for your help! It turns out the email log plugin was throwing an error because we entered in the incorrect “from” address. We were confused as the Entry Automation Plugin did not specify that there was an error there. Once we updated the email address the problem was resolved. Thanks for your help as it did help us look into the logs better, thanks!
