    I cant access the Email log. Mail is being sent correctly.

    When I go to the Email log page, I am met with this message in a pop-up:

    “DataTables warning: table id=ps-email-log – Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/7”

    Postman SMTP 2.5.9.4

    WordPress 6.3.1

    I tried to uninstall and install the plugin, but despite accepting the deletion of data, it appears that all data is kept anyway. So the reinstall doesnt make any difference in this regard.

    I disabled the two plugins as suggested and was able to access the logs.

    I then enabled BuddyBoss and was still able to access logs. Then, I enabled LearnDash, and now the problem was back.

    Both plugins have worked nicely with Post SMTP in the past, and I need both of them for my site to work.

    Please advise.

    Since you are able to say that it is on the LearnDash side that there is a problem, I kindly ask you to share the information that made you conclude this.
    This way, I will have something specific to discuss with LearnDash and not have to start from scratch.

    Hope you are doing good. Just to share some technical explanation, We are using DataTables library in our new logs section with custom table, which can handle thousands of logs with search and ajax pagination without an extra load time, one of the missing and most requested functionality.

    Our log page is separate and independent where no other plugin/extension build on standards is suppose to interfere our ajax calls. In your case, as you have already identified, it is either Learndash or one of its extension (as you do have few of them) which is conflicting with the logs ajax calls.

    Hi, i have the same issue with learndash setup. Any both are updated to latest version and post smtp got this log issue. Can i revert to the older version which do not use the datatable? which version should i rollback to?
