Email messages not sending?

    Is there anything special I need to do in order for the plugin to start sending out automated email messages. I want the system to send discount coupons to visitors who leave a review for our products, but even after activating the feature in the settings and editing the template, nothing is being sent out after leaving a review. Is there something I’m missing here? I’ve also created a coupon and set the value for it etc. Maybe some coupon setting?

    The test emails work great, no problem, and the site doesn’t have any problems sending email messages. But the coupon isn’t automatically created and the email isn’t sent.

    Can you please let us know how did you post the review? Did you do it on a WooCommerce product page?
