Email messaging not working

    Hi, when a visitor sent an email message through the contact form the reply does not get back to the visitor’s address, instead, the message returns to the admin’s registered address.
    I have tried contact form 7, it works perfectly.

    I can confirm this issue is from the plugin (cardealer)

    Please, help the solution

    Hi,

    This contact form is for the visitor contact the site admin.

    When the visitor send a message it goes directly to the site admin.

    Then, the admin can answer directly to the visitor using the email client as google mail, thunderbird or other.

    When you answer to your visitor, replace the TO email with the email of your visitor on the body of the email. That because the email really come from your site not from your visitor software. Then, it is not true say the email come from the email address from your visitor when it come from your server.

    If you doesn’t receive the email from your visitor, check your spam folder.

    The email is not sent by our plugin but by WordPress standard engine.
