Email Newsletter Block Code Error

  • My website is currently in construction mode but I have recently started using Atomic Blocks and after I added my Mail Chimp API Key to the email newsletter block, the code went funky and says this –

    ‘ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS…<GWMW STYLE=”DISPLAY:NONE;”>’ and the subscribe button shows this: ‘Subscribe Me! <gwmw style=”display:none;”>’

    You don’t see this in the editor. Only when you preview the page.

    Can someone please assist?

    <GWMW STYLE=”DISPLAY:NONE;”> looks like it’s coming from some other piece of software on your site. We don’t have anything like that in Atomic Blocks.

    Does it work correctly if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme?

    If so, you can start turning things on one by one until you find what’s causing it.
