Email not being sent

  • I am receiving emails with the proper PDF attachment, however the person who is submitting the form is not getting any emails. I have the option set to “Who send the PDF file?” on BOTH yet only one person is getting emails and attachments? I as the receiver of the form am only getting the emails? I have disabled all other plugins and tried a custom SMTP server nothing helped. It is only sending one email and not two.

    It will generate the PDF and redirect with a download link without issue but I can not get this plugin to send the contact form and pdf to the person submitting the form? Or am i understanding the function of this plugin incorrectly?

  • I had the same problem

    As you use one contact form for each pdf generator, you can put in your mail tab in CF7 your email where you want to send the email, a coma and the label of the sender mail.

    [email protected], [sender_mail]

    That’s working form me.
