    Everything looks right, but I’m not getting emails at all.

    I just saw this on a support page:

    Oh, I have just checked the account associated with the domain onecomicatatime.com and I see that the MailPoet Sending Service is active.

    I’ve already gone over that article. Everything seems ok. There is no error message, but the emails aren’t sending. Sometimes they appear in the queue very briefly but then the queue goes back to 0, and no emails are sent.

    As I said, I’ve also checked junk mail and there’s nothing there.

    Something is clearly wrong.

    I tried to set up a cron on my web host Ionos, but there is no place to add the command there. I don’t know how to do it. I’m also grasping in the dark. I’m not sure if that’s even the issue.

    You all completely gave up on this. What disappointing support. I’ve moved on to another plug-in, but wow—you kind of suck. I’ll be leaving a review on WP.
