email not being sent

I can see the abandoned carts and i’ve set up a email, but it doesn’t send the email automatically..i’ve set up the cron job on 5 minutes to check for abandoned carts. And the email for 15 minutes after a cart abandonment. So it should send after 20 minutes the first email. It collects the carts, but doesn’t send the email… I’ve enabled the email on the email settings.. i don’t know whats wrong.
