    Have been using Everest forms for a few years. Just recently I am unable to have emails sent out. Ran the test email from settings and It failed (Test email was unsuccessful! Something went wrong.). What can I do to restore my emails?

    I was able to fix the email test issue by disabling another form plugin. I set up a test form and it seems to work fine and send email correctly. My original form does not seem to be successful in sending an email. What can we check?

    Would you please install and activate the following plugin and see if this plugin sends a test email or not?

    In the Check & Log Email plugin, you can enable the email delivery log. Would you please enable it and see the delivery status of the emails sent via the User Registration plugin? If you see green on the status, this means that the plugin is sending the email but the delivery is being blocked. In this case, you will have to contact your email server and let them know about this issue.
