Email not being sent to all subscribers

    Hi!
    I’ve been using Wysija/Mailpoet for three months to send a weekly newsletter – great plugin, I love it!
    Though 2 weeks ago it started not sending the mail to all subscribers: I have 229 subscribers in my main mailing list, but after sending it to all of them, Mailpoet told me: 222 emails sent 5 Minuten ago. The subscribers that didn’t get the mail had all subscribed 6 weeks ago and had received the newsletter till now. Can you help me resolve this problem?

    You might have sending limits by your host or SMTP.

    If you’re unsure about the limits, contact your host directly.

    Thanks for your response!
    I checked that already – I can send 1000 emails per day, so that’s not the problem.
    Moreover, last week the newsletter was only sent to 201 subscribers instead of all 206 on my mailing list. Those who didn’t get the mail had addresses by hotmail, gmail, gmx and other providers.

    Hello Sternundkringel,

    since your subscriber number is decreasing, have you take a look at the bounce email to see if they aren’t beeing removed because of full mailboxes or other issues, or if they haven’t unsubscribed themselves from your lists?!

    Hello,
    let me put this straight:
    On decembre 11th I had 206 confirmed subscribers, but the mail was only sent to 201 of them.
    On decembre 18th I had 229 confirmed subscribers, but the mail was only sent to 222 of them.
    On decembre 25th I had 240 confirmed subscribers, but the mail was only sent to 234 of them.
    I checked the bounce mails and did a spam check on my mails – no results. So quite frankly, I haven’t got a clue what could possibly be the problem.

    Hello,
    a brief update, since the problem still isn’t solved:
    On january 8th I had 248 confirmed subscribers, but the newsletter was only sent to 246 of them.

    Hello! I have the same problem too. I’m a rookie (I started my blog only round mid-May 2014 and I have only 24 confirmed subscribers. I monitored the last 3 days and the newsletter was sent to 24, than 18 and to only 14 today. Nobody unsubscribed! What’s going on??
