    My client is experiencing an issue where after a purchase the customer does not receive a confirmation email, nor is one being sent. We are using WP Mail SMTP for emails and everything there tests OK.

    It seems there is no connection between MOLLIE and WooCommerce.
    When the payment is completed the ‘PAYMENT PENDING’ does not change to ‘PROCESSING’ so no email is sent.

    My client has to do it manually, which can take some time and the customers are concerned their payment is not received or there is some scam.
