Email not delivered on same domain

    I am using this plugin on a website https://mytpt.work/ using the SMTP settings. The issue is the emails are getting delivered to all email addresses except the own domain i.e. say [email protected]

    Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    Hi @intolap,

    Thanks for reaching out! Please kindly know, that the WP Mail SMTP plugin just bridges a connection between your WordPress site and your email provider.

    Could you please report this incident to your email provider and they should be able to assist you further.
