We have checked the email feature, which works fine in our testing environment and with other users.
If you have recently set up your site, there is a high chance that your WordPress installation is not set up correctly for sending the email. To test this, you can install this very simple plugin called Check Email: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/
Once the plugin has been installed and activated.
Go to Tools->Check Mail.
Under Send Test Email, enter your site’s email address where you would like to receive a test email.
Then click on the Send Test Email button.
If your WordPress site SMTP is correctly set up, you will receive a test email in the email address you entered. If this fails, you must contact your host and ask them to fix the email configuration.
