Email not posting

I set up my blog to post all emails sent to my secret gmail account. None have been posted. I followed all instructions at https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Blog_by_Email
My blog is hosted on my own website.
I set WP to draw from pop.gmail.com from port 110.
I get emails in both gmail and my Outlook mailbox that I configured.
