Email not received after PayPal

I changed host for my website, and I’m trying to implement Smart Forms and Smart Donation to handle payments/donations. All was working as expected (and better than Forminator).

One odd behavior that is new: when the form has a campaign associated with it (payment), I receive the PayPal confirmation email, but not the form submission email itself. For forms without a campaign, I receive the form submission email.

Few additional details:
– email not in spam folder
– no additional email ‘advanced setting’ beside a Bcc address
– site (and smart forms) is sending emails
– WP Email Log shows the emails sent for forms without campaign. No logs at all for forms with campaigns (as if the email never gets sent or doesn’t get queue when redirecting to PayPal).
– I’m also using the redirect page option in the smart form setting, and the redirection works after PayPal. Email still not sent whether that option is active or not.
– WordPress 5.9.3 | Smart Forms 2.6.74 | Smart Donation 4.0.12
