    Hi.

How do I make the email field NOT required?

If it can only be done via modifying the code, please help me on that. It’s important for me to do that.

    Hi @duvenhage

Email is at the center of our free version. It’s needed to check if someone already played, it’s needed for MailChimp, etc… so it is not possible to make it optional.

    Hi @maartenbelmans

Thanks for your reply. But I really don’t need the users’ email addresses, and I don’t intend to use MailChimp or any other service that requires the email.

Any chance to at least disable the email validation?

    Hi @duvenhage

It’s not possible with our free version as it relies on MailChimp. Our paid version has the option to have no form at all (so just info + a “play” button).

Well that sounds good enough to me. May I ask where or what the name of the option is? Because I searched the knowledge base and I didn’t find anything related to that.

Also please tell me what the final version of the plugin is.

    Hi @duvenhage

As per the WordPress forum rules, we’re note allowed to answer questions about the paid version so I can’t comment much but all info is here: https://www.studiowombat.com/plugin/wp-optin-wheel/
