Email not send after payment

    Hello,

    Could you please provide the information about how to setup email delivery for ebook? I have enabled all options for email delivery but the plugin doesn’t send the email to customers.

    Regarding your case, here are a few things to check.

    1. Make sure you have proper outbound email setup like Easy WP SMTP or similar. Once you configure it, do a test email run from the smtp plugin.

    2. If your emails arrive properly:
    2.1 Make sure email delivery is on
    2.2 Make sure files attached are with size less 5-10 mb maximum.
    2.3 Ensure email provide allows such attachments as PDF files are often considered security risk.

    My recomendation is to have email delivery on but without attachments so leave atach files off and just have it deliver the direct download link instead.
