    HI.

    I have WP Mail SMTP setup and test email works. When I book an appointment, no emails get sent out to either client or admin: both send customer an email on booking and appointment cancellation has been checked but no emails are sent out.

    From: email and service email address are different.

    I am using the Lite version.

    Second question: is there a limit on how many bookings can be made per day?

    Hi Alex,

    Please, check that email in the ‘From: email’ options is the same as the login in SMTP settings.

    Do you mean by the one customer?

    Perfect. Email is sending now.

    For the second question, I mean is there any limitations with the lite version? This version works for my purpose but wanted to know if it’s unlimited use so customers can book indefinitely and it will continue to send out notification emails

    Or limited use and the plug in and features will expire after a certain time.

    No, there is no limit. The difference between the paid and free versions is a set of features (integration with the Google calendar, PayPal, Stripe etc.)
