email not sending

no fatal error log, it just didn’t fire emails at all, I have amazon ses plugin on website which links to amazon, no problems at all normally, I updated to 6.3.1 and it stopped sending emails.

Thanks for sharing your System Status Report.

As a first step, you will want to install the WP Mail Logging plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/. It logs all outgoing emails, so you can see if the emails are actually being sent out.

Amazon ses plugin does this already it logs all emails, when updated no emails at all appeared in the log.

Thank you for your reply. If emails haven’t been generated at all since updating WooCommerce, the issue is likely caused by a theme/plugin conflict. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
