    I added a Bank Transfer payment method. I set it up that the booking will be set to standby when the Bank Transfer payment method is selected. However, it does not send an email to the email address if the booking is set to standby. But, if I the booking status of the Bank Transfer to Confirmed it sends out an email. I also added booking on standby in the Conditional Text Rules.?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message. There’s a configuration setting that allows you to control when the email notifications should be sent, either when the status is only Confirmed, or when the status is Pending (Stand-by) or Confirmed. This last option is the setting you should set in order to always receive an email notification whenever a new booking is placed through the front-end section of your website.
