Please, follows the steps below:
1. Inserts an email field in the form.
2. Go to the “Email Copy to User” section, in the form’s settings, and select the “YES” option for the attribute: “Send confirmation/thank you message to user?”
3. VERY IMPORTANT: Select the email field from the list, even if the email field appears in the list must be selected, because the list of email fields is for multi-selection, so, all email fields in the form will be included in the list, but you must to select the email fields that you want send the notification email.
Tip: You can enter the email address you prefer for the attribute: “From” email (for fixed “from” addresses), but the majority of email services, check the domain associated to the IP that sends the email, and the email address in the Sender/From headers, if the email address does not belong to the domain, the notification email can be classified as spam, or phishing email. To prevent the emails are sent to the spam list, use an email address belonging to the website domain for the attribute: “From” email (for fixed “from” addresses)
