Email Not Sending When Order Changed To On Hold

Hi,
Having an issue with woocommerce, that it seems a few people have also had:

https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/on-hold-emails-not-sending/So when I place an order on the site, I recieve the “Order Recieved” email.
When I change the order status to “On Hold”, no e-mail is received, despite the on-hold email being enabled.
When I change the order status to “completed”, the “Order Completed” email is recieved as normal
So for some reason, the “on hold” email is not being sent out?
Any solution for this?
