    Hi. I think I have the contact form configured correctly but I don’t receive an email to the admin account even though the form says it was submitted correctly. Can you help me troubleshoot this please? Here’s a screenshot of the form notification configuration:

    It seems it’s definitely a problem with the plugin. I tried another forms plugin and I received emails from form submissions promptly. So I’ve uninstalled the Gutena Forms plugin. It’s a shame, because I liked the look of it.

    Hi Dhanush – I’ve uninstalled Gutena Forms and I’m using a different plug-in that works properly for me. So I won’t be doing any further testing.
