    I made a Automation:
    Setting:

    Event:
    Order status is changed from any status to Sent with…(this is a custom status)

    Filter:
    Order – Items: dining table 1 (variable product) and dining table 2 (variable product)

    Action:
    Send email to: {{ customer.email }}

    This email is NOT sent to the customer but to the store…
    Why is it not send to the customer?

    And is it possible to add a filter to only send the mail for orders placed between 8th of march and 14th of march?

    @dwnl wrote an email to us, and we were able to resolve this issue.

    Regarding mentioned filter, it’s possible but as a part of ShopMagic PRO.

    When To field = {{ customer.email }} customer does not get mail, shop does.
    When To field = {{ order.billing_email }} customer does get mail, shop does not. (with some minutes delay)
    So it must be {{ order.billing_email }} problem solved, sorry for wasting your time.
