Email not sent while adding a notes

Hi !

I like your plugin but when I add notes by selecting an option also send email to drop down of note color and select the person’s email address who send me a message using contact form 7 and add a subject and than click on add note and the note is added successfully to entry but the mail actually not sent.

So, kindly help me for that. Here there is no such error coming so I do not have any screenshot of error. Therefore I am sending you the screenshot of my one demo entry where can I add three note of each color and there is no actually mail sent and I also crossed check the receiver’s email inbox, junk or spam box but they do not receive any such a mail.

NOTE : My site has working successfully email sending features other than your plugin. E.G. new account create mail, Woo Commerce order mail, etc. are working fine but your plugin’s add note mail not sent. So, I think my site does not have any problem.
