Email not working

    I am not being able to get the email to work through the plugin.

    I currently am using WP-Mail-SMTP plugin to manage my email settings which has worked well in the past. I am not sure if this is the possible cause.

    Hi zhonatta,

    We utilize the default WordPress mail functions to send mail so if you’re having issues in that regard it has to do with the server you’re using. Whether it be default or wp-mail-smtp in your case, first make sure the mail isn’t being spammed as that’s a fairly general problem and then you’ll need to test the mail server itself. I will say the plugin Postman SMTP: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/postman-smtp/ is a very good plugin to solve mail sending issues as it utilizes Google’s SMTP service, other than that we won’t be much of a help as you’re having a mail server issue. Appreciate your use of our plugin.
