    For the past week the form I have on my booking page is sending email notifications to only one of the addresses I have rather than both. I have followed the instructions exactly (separating them with a comma) and from one day to the other the second address stopped receiving notifications.

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue!

    In most cases this is caused by the method the emails are being sent – if your site uses the standard email features from the hosting, there may be some issues with deliverability of the emails. A solution here is to set up SMTP sending instead – you can use our plugin Branda for that: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/branda-white-labeling/ (or any other similar plugin). It’s very similar to setting an email app and in most cases the same credentials are used.

    The default sending method was abused by spammers in the past so nowadays many email providers either drop those messages or have a bigger chance of marking them as spam etc. Sending the emails via SMTP improves the trust of the emails.

    If you already have a SMTP plugin, would you be able to check if it provides email logging feature (most of them have that) and see if the logs provide any details as to what may have caused the issue?

    Thanks for your reply. I installed the plugin and set it up but and although it says it was saved successfully only one of the emails are receiving the form and not the two I have.
