Email not working with Gmail

Hi,

we don’t have this issue on our testing websites, have a look at this article:

I had already tested the sending of emails and they work on the site.

I installed the plug “emails logs” I repeated two booking test.

I did a first test with a gmail address as email associated with the administrator. I did not receive the email.

I did a second test with this address [ email deleted, do not repeat that ] as email administrator and I received the email.

The plugin “emails logs” says that the 4 emails were sent. I only received one of the 4 emails. The 3 emails sent to gmail addresses were not received.

Obviously I look in the spam, nothing. The emails don’t appear anywhere. And I repeated tests with non-gmail addresses and the emails are delivered. The problem does not come from the gmail I use for the tests since the customers of the salon also do not receive their mail.

Do you intend to propose me a solution or should I consider that the plugin does not work and take an alternative?

we had that issue last year around november when g**gle changed stuff

remember that the emails are not sent via salon, they will go through wp using your email/domain provider.

Our issue was with gmail only and our domain provider just added a dkim or something to our domain and it worked the next day.

@mugofcoffee I wish it were that. But I did a lot of testing with mail-sending plugs, forms, ect… And emails are sent to gmail. Only Salon Booking emails don’t work.

I don’t see how the DKMI will solve my problem, since sending mail to the site works. Is it only with the plug that it doesn’t work?
