    Hi guys!

    I read in the description about email notification. Somehow I can’t find this setting in the menu and I don’t receive an email notification after a user submits the form.

    Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

  • I have the same problem – I have all notification settings set up, but I don’t get email notifications. Please help us solve this problem.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    To set up your email notifications please go to Testimonials > Settings > Form > Form actions > Notification Email > and set it up there.

    It might not be from our plugin as I was unable to replicate this on my end.
    Can you please use this plugin to see if your WordPress installation is sending emails correctly?

    Thanks, for the support. Resolved.

    issue with Receive an email when new testimonials are submitted and waiting for approval not receiving an email please help me out i also use check email plugin.
