    Hello,

    If I understand correctly, when “Set the status of uploaded files to ‘Pending Review’” is checked in the “File upload” tab, the files uploaded from the front are not published immediately and need to be validated by the administrator in the back office.

    If this is the case, is it possible to activate an email notification to the administrator each time a document is awaiting validation?

    Hi,

    That is correct, when that setting is active, the files are not published immediately and need to be validated by the administrator.

    It is also possible to activate an email notification to the administrator in the plugin settings, but that feature is only available in the paid plans.
