Email notification and submissiosn are empty

    Dear Forminator,

    I will work with hidden field, but I don’t see the input. I made a smaller version on the link. The idea is whatever is checked, based in that it will show the input fields.

    Only the checked checkbox I see in the submissions and also in the Email notification.

    The input value’s of Name, BSN-number and Email are missing?

    Hi @asiry

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    There is a known issue that fixes is coming in Forminator 1.18, could you please edit your form, edit the Checkbox field and replace the capitalized letter in value to a regular letter?

    For example, if you have:

    “Chronische-ziekte” Would be “chronische-ziekte”

    The label can stay as it is.

    Save and test to see if the issue is gone.

    With radio buttons it works, I will use that for now.
    I will wait for the checkbox update. Hope it will be solved.
