Email notification automatically disabled. not getting emails on new order

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your valuable support. We’re not getting emails on new orders. We’ve tried few times to enable email notification on Woocommerce> Settings> Emails> New order> Manage.

    We found the tick mark automatically being uncheck after the page relaod.

    I understand that enabling the New order email is not saving as expected, is this correct?

    Are you seeing any error messages when trying to save the changes, or do they just revert back to unchecked after refreshing the page? Also, does this only occur for New order emails, or is this behavior exhibiting when trying to enabled other email types?

    Please can you check the browser console for any errors that may be displayed when trying to save these changes and share your findings with us here.

    You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.

    Additionally, can you please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.
