email notification delayed by 30 days

Sorry to post here, but the forums at inboundnow are closed?
I have used the leads plugin a few weeks now and made a contact form. All works fine but for a strange thing. A few leads were recorded and I didn’t receive an email. Strange.. I thought nothing of it until I received the email notification only about a month later.
The email came in on July 10th and said:
There is a new lead that just converted on June 12th, 2014 at 7:49pm from page:
How come other emails are being send en this one has almost a month delay.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
