    Hello SJB team,

    Since a few days, we have publicly posted some job entries on our company homepage. However, I as the admin do not recieve any Email notification whenever there’s a new applicant, although the admin mail is set in the plugin’s settings and all notifications are enabled. The applicant, on the other hand, does recieve their confirmation mail as intended.

    Do you have any idea what might cause the admin notification to not be sent by the plugin?

    Hello @jordh,

    Please install and configure any SMTP plugin on your site then take a try to submit the job and check admin emails. Also, contact to your host provider regarding this issue.

    Hello @presstigers,

    thank you for your response.

    As it turned out, the admin notification mails got trashed by our Mail server (all other mails got sent just fine).
