email notification for new entries?

    Hello,

    I realized that all contact form entries does not get an email notification or showing up in the left hand side, is there some sort of settings?

  • Hi @kyle0103,

    There are chances that the emails are going to the spam section of your mail. Please check and confirm whether you are getting the mails there.
    Also, sometimes there are issues with the default mailing system which results in emails not being delivered. Please make sure that your WordPress is sending emails. You can test it using an e-mail testing plugin.
    If everything seems working and you are still not getting emails then I suggest you use an SMTP plugin which will resolve your email delivering issues.

    Hello @kyle0103,

    I replicated the same issue in one of our user’s site and the reason behind the scene was the email subject as he was using the email subject “Website Enquiry” and that kind of word in email subject was the culprit and email was not delivered.

    If anyone has faced this issue then please try to change the email subject and this will be no more an issue, my friend ??

    We are extremely sorry that we got back to you late.
    To change the subject of the email, click on the form > Click on settings on the top > Click on the Email > Scroll and you will find Email subject.
