Email notification is not working

Hi,
We are receiving emails properly in our installation, it is probably your server’s spam filter blocking the emails, please check with your server support. However, we also changing email template with the next update to avoid such issue.

now it is working there is an email set up at the sidebar option, at the right when you create a form, set your email there. i thought it uses wordpress admin blog email to send out the request. thanks very much, lovely plugin.

If there is way making phone field more customizable it would be great.
For example if you dd phone field to the form there is no chance to remove country, area code, number.
If there is way to customize this thing it would nice.

another thing i want to mention as a comment is, if there is a way you can create a form based on role that would be great, you can use the form for many purpose. if you can create forms for different roles and have access base on their role that would be nice. great plugin. waiting to make number one on the repository.
