    Hi, This issue does not happen every time. I have had two different people submit a form, the form will go through but not email is sent to either the person submitting the form or me.

    Hope you’re doing well today! Sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with Forminator Email notifications.

    Forminator uses the default WordPress wp_mail() function for sending email notifications. Can you please confirm if default WordPress emails (like Password Reset) are working fine on your site?

    If yes, in that case, can you please install the Email Log plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ and try submitting the form to see if there are any failed logs captured in the email logs?

    Additionally, please also check the spam folder in your email in case the emails somehow landed in the spam box.

    Lastly, if you are facing issues receiving the default WordPress emails like Password reset email for example, in that case you can use an SMTP Plugin that can help in email deliverability. You can use the SMTP Module on the Branda Plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/branda-white-labeling/

    Okay, so the issue is for me to receive emails. I have ran several tests and it seams that only form submissions from other business emails (example [email protected]) goes through. But emails normal emails (example: [email protected] and [email protected]) won’t go through.

    The data is still collected in the form and is sending to my Google Spreadsheet but no emails coming through to notify me.

    Sorry to know that you are still experiencing the issue.

    Could you please confirm if you installed the Email Log plugin (e.g., WP Mail Logging) and then try submitting the form? This will help us check if any failed logs are captured in the email logs.
