Email Notification issue

When I first installed and activated the plugin the notification email worked fine. I noticed that in the notification settings, it had my WPMAIL with my original WordPress email. But I changed my WordPress email recently. I tried to update the Appoinment Notification WPMAIL email settings but it just shows “not available” now.
The appointment makers are receiving emails fine. But I do not get notified of appointments.
I tried removing the plugin and reinstalling. I tried switching to SMTP and back to WPMAIL, but the “not available” does not go away.
Any ideas?
