Email Notification – modify?

Hi,

How can I modify the email notification that is sent when someone submits an image through the form?
It’s currently being sent from a generic wordpress email address with the subject line of Image Submitted, with the body of the email being “Please verify the content.”

We need to make this more specific, so the volunteers who will be doing the approvals have some idea of what the email means, what plugin it’s for, what page to go to to approve the images, etc.
