    I have installed WP Support Plus and it looks good. I have also purchased the addons and am going through the email notifications menu.

    It will send an email on creation of a new ticket to the customer but will not send an email notification to the agent etc.

    Why is this not working? Can you help please?

    I have also checked that my website and server are correctly sending emails and they are.
    It just will not send emails to the agent, supervisor or administrator.

    this has now been rectified.
    The problem seemed to be sending the notification to both the agent and the customer didn’t work so i created a new notification for the agent so that they were separate notification.
    Support was quite responsive from their site too.
