Email notification not working editor + moderation not working

    Hello, I’m using the Gwolle plugin for a while now, but some things aren’t working:

    1. an editor of the site is enrolled to receive notification e-mails, but doesn’t get it. The admin does.

    2. The “Moderate new posts” option is checked, but still all new posts are placed without being approved. How is this possible?

    2. You are moderator. Your posts are automatically approved. If you logout and post an entry it will be going into the moderation queue.

    1. Email is always tricky. I cannot help much myself. I suppose you don’t have a Guestbook > Settings page? In that case, your admin might be able to go there. He can set the From address to something like [email protected]. Often that helps.
    If that doesn’t help, setting up an SMTP plugin might help.
    Hosts like hotmail.com are very restrictive in what email they do accept and are somewhat of a nightmare.
    By the way, you did check your spamfolder for email?

    I didn’t know I had to logout in order to get moderate posts. Thanks!

    I’m sorry, the editor in this case didn’t check his email the right way.
