Hi. I present my problem to you. I transferred a website to another administrator. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove my email from the solidsecurity plugin. And I receive weekly security reports from the transferred site. Despite several requests to the new administrator, I have not heard back from him for months. How do I stop receiving these emails from a website to which I no longer have administrator access?

  • Hi @imapassion,

You can’t ?? Unless the database credentials are still the same, known to you and you still have access to the database. Every plugin setting is written to the database ??

    Hi @imapassion,

Apologies for the slow turnaround here!

@nlpro is right in this case. Your email address needs to be removed from the Solid Security plugin’s Notifications settings itself.

If this isn’t possible, the alternative would be to mark the emails as spam or to create a filter in your email client?to automatically archive the emails.

Thank you, and let us know if you need further assistance here.
