email notification of announcement

Hello @waseemsoa,

When an announcement is published, it gives notification on the backend of the selected employee/employees. But that doesn’t trigger any email.

So it will not generate any email notification.

You can send emails by using pre-built templates. You can follow this link to send emails for HRM, CRM, and Accounting.
If you face any issues while creating the email, kindly contact the technical support of WP ERP.
