email notification of published posts not reaching subscribers

Hello!
I published a post last night.

I usually get an e mail notification immediately (I have subscribed to my posts, so I can keep track). Its been almost 22 nhours But the mail notification for this post has not come till now. I asked some of my subscribers. It hasn’t reached them too. What could be wrong? can you help?
i have checked my e mail settings. They seem to be ok
