Email notification plugin for custom taxonomies

  • Hi,

    I have read on the codex about how to construct URLs for RSS/ATOM feeds of categories or tags, but is there any way to do the same for email alerts?

    I’ve looked at subscribe2 and post notficiation plugins, and whilst both of these allow users to subscribe to standard categories, i’ve not come across a way to get them to subscribe to custom taxonomies.

    Is it possible? Is there a plugin I’ve just not found yet?

  • Same here, I’m waiting for a response from the authors of Gravity Form since they claim that their app is able to pull the custom_posts and allow end users to register to new the Notification alerts.
    There was a Plugin called: Post Notification, worked like a charm prior to the custom_post introduction in WP 3.0.1, now it only sees the mai default Blog post categories.
