Have set up simple form and implemented an Admin Email notification and an additional User Mail Notification to send an automated response back to the person who submitted the form.

The Admin one works fine, but the user one is rejected with a mail delivery error (see below).

What might I be doing incorrectly?

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)

    Hi @davis22509,

Thank you for mentioning the error message in detail. It seems that your mail delivery system is considering the message as SPAM and rejecting all of them. Could you please go through this documentation once https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/everest-forms/troubleshooting/emails-are-not-being-delivered/#emails-blocked and let me know whether it helped or not?

Let me know and I will get back to you accordingly.

    Regards!

Thanks for the guidance. I have been through the documentation and now seem to have the admin and user notifications working.

I am still not quite sure why, however! Check Mail tests were OK and I already knew that emails could be sent as admin notification was previously OK.

I created a new revised form and made the contents of the email notification fields much simpler. Previously I had maybe been trying to be too clever by using the smart fields to directly place what the user entered when submitting the form into the “correct” places, to make it look like any ordinary email i.e. form nane/email into From: name/email, form subject into Subject: etc.

Fingers crossed that the gremlins do not re-occur! If I can now solve the issue that reCaptcha is not working (see my other post), I will be very happy.

    Regards,
    Brian
